Refund and Cancellation Policy
Savage Innovations LLC provides customized professional services. Delivery, cancellation, and refund rights depend on the applicable proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or invoice for each engagement.
How to request cancellation
Clients may request cancellation by contacting us at sid@savageinnovations.net. Please include the project or invoice reference if you have one.
Work already performed
Work already performed remains payable. That includes completed deliverables, time already spent, and milestones marked complete under the governing engagement documents.
Third-party expenses and commitments
Approved third-party expenses and non-cancellable commitments remain payable. Examples may include purchased cloud resources, licenses, domains, or vendor fees incurred with approval for your project.
Deposits, retainers, and prepaid work
Deposits, retainers, prepaid blocks, and milestone payments are governed by the applicable agreement or invoice. Unused prepaid amounts may be refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable depending on what that engagement document says and how much work or cost has already been incurred.
How refund requests are reviewed
Refund requests are reviewed based on work performed, commitments incurred, and the governing agreement. We do not promise automatic refunds, and we do not apply a blanket “no refunds” rule where an agreement or applicable law provides otherwise.
How approved refunds are issued
Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method when practical. Processing timelines may depend on the payment provider and your financial institution.
Physical goods
Savage Innovations primarily provides professional services. This policy is not a shipping or physical-product return policy. If we later sell physical goods, return terms for those goods will be stated separately.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy overrides rights that cannot legally be waived. Related terms appear in our Terms of Service.
